Sale of Residential Properties (detached, semi-detached, condominium or townhouse) • Reviewing executed agreement of purchase and sale • Preparing transfer • Answering requisitions on title • Preparing and advising on statement of adjustments • Advising on the applicability of HST legislation • Liaising with your banking centre and preparing necessary discharge documents (if applicable) • Attending on execution of documentation • Attending to the closing and completing the sale • Registering mortgage discharge (if applicable) • Providing the client with a closing report, including copies of registered mortgage discharges (if applicable)
