Permanent Resident Card Application – If you are unable to provide a guarantor for your permanent resident card application, you can make a Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor, which our firm may administer. The fee for commissioning a permanent resident card application includes the certification of photographs and documents that support identity. The application should be completed (but not signed and dated) before you come to our office.
